What to write about
A short, specific note gets a better answer. A few examples of what lands well:
- A question you think is wrong. Tell us which section — matrix, verbal, numerical, or spatial — and what you saw. Our methodology explains how each part is built, which often resolves it on the spot.
- A privacy or data request. Access, deletion, or export under GDPR or CCPA — write from the same email you used, and we’ll match the record. The steps are in our privacy policy.
- A question about your score. Most of it is answered in the methodology before you have to ask, but we’re glad to point you to the right section.
What to expect back
We aim to reply within a few business days. What we can’t do is offer clinical advice or interpret an individual result the way a licensed professional would — that isn’t what we are, and our terms of use explain the boundary.
